{"id":9752,"date":"2024-01-12T07:36:12","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T12:06:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=9752"},"modified":"2024-01-12T07:36:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T12:06:12","slug":"an-de-2020-aprobo-investigacion-contra-an-2025-por-corrupcion-y-usurpacion-de-funciones-11ene","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/an-de-2020-aprobo-investigacion-contra-an-2025-por-corrupcion-y-usurpacion-de-funciones-11ene\/","title":{"rendered":"AN de 2020 aprob\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n contra AN 2025 por corrupci\u00f3n y usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones #11Ene"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este 11 de enero, la\u00a0<strong>Asamblea Nacional (AN) del 2020<\/strong>, ratific\u00f3 las directivas de las comisiones permanentes y aprob\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n contra la\u00a0<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Delegada del Parlamento del 2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo parlamentario de mayor\u00eda oficialista aprob\u00f3 iniciar una investigaci\u00f3n contra la\u00a0<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Delegada del Parlamento del 2015\u00a0<\/strong>y los diputados y partidos pol\u00edticos que el pasado 5 de enero avalaron la continuidad de su directiva, integrada por la presidenta Dinorah Figuera (Primero Justicia), Marianela Fern\u00e1ndez (Un Nuevo Tiempo) y Auristela V\u00e1squez (AD), primera y segunda vicepresidenta, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que el diputado Jos\u00e9 Brito solicitara acciones contra los parlamentarios<\/strong>\u00a0que han prolongado sus cargos y gestionado los activos de Venezuela en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la AN, Jorge Rodr\u00edguez, solicit\u00f3 un informe sobre el caso y se aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una<strong>\u00a0comisi\u00f3n especial para identificar a los responsables de la gesti\u00f3n de los recursos de Citgo<\/strong>, estimados en 70 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rodr\u00edguez enfatiz\u00f3 que los partidos pol\u00edticos que firmaron el Acuerdo de Barbados<\/strong>\u00a0son los mismos que aprobaron el desv\u00edo de recursos para uso personal de Dinorah Figuera, Juan Guaid\u00f3 y Leopoldo L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote td_pull_quote td_pull_center\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c728a3f67cd52304603e11815afebcf9\">\u00abUsurpar un cargo p\u00fablico, primer delito; nadie eligi\u00f3 eternamente a Dinorah Figuera como diputada (\u2026) Dar\u00eda risa, si no fuera tan ladrona.
