{"id":898,"date":"2023-06-21T07:12:31","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T11:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=898"},"modified":"2023-06-21T07:12:51","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T11:42:51","slug":"anuncian-proyecto-de-amnistia-para-pedro-castillo-en-peru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/anuncian-proyecto-de-amnistia-para-pedro-castillo-en-peru\/","title":{"rendered":"Anuncian proyecto de Amnist\u00eda para Pedro Castillo en Per\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El congresista del partido izquierdista Per\u00fa Bicentenario, Guido Bellido, anunci\u00f3 este lunes un proyecto de ley de amnist\u00eda para el expresidente Pedro Castillo, quien est\u00e1 privado de libertad desde que fue destituido el 7 de diciembre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElaboramos un proyecto de ley de amnist\u00eda para Pedro Castillo en respuesta al clamor social y respaldo popular\u201d, escribi\u00f3 Bellido en su cuenta oficial de Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>El exjefe de Estado (2021-2022) cumple 18 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva por presunta rebeli\u00f3n y conspiraci\u00f3n tras su intento de disolver el Congreso. Adem\u00e1s, fue sentenciado a otros 36 meses por ser el presunto l\u00edder de una organizaci\u00f3n criminal.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta es sobre los delitos de rebeli\u00f3n y conspiraci\u00f3n, mas no por otros delitos, report\u00f3 la emisora local RPP.<\/p>\n<p>En declaraci\u00f3n a la prensa, Bellido apunt\u00f3 que elaboran el plan basado en precedentes. \u201cHabida cuenta que ha habido ya antecedentes con Antauro Humala, que tambi\u00e9n se ha planteado la amnist\u00eda\u201d, dijo en referencia al l\u00edder etnocacerista liberado en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Antauro, hermano del exmandatario Ollanta Humala, permaneci\u00f3 en prisi\u00f3n 17 a\u00f1os, 7 meses y 14 d\u00edas, luego de que fuese condenado a 25 por tomar una comisar\u00eda en un intento por derrocar al Gobierno de Alejandro Toledo, en el cual murieron seis personas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsiderando que su acci\u00f3n, en el marco penal, no gener\u00f3 una afectaci\u00f3n real a bienes jur\u00eddicos, por el contrario, reflej\u00f3 una respuesta a la mezquindad pol\u00edtica\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Bellido en su tuit.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el diario local La Rep\u00fablica, de momento no se ha ingresado la propuesta
