Seg\u00fan lo acordado, Shakira admite su culpabilidad en el fraude fiscal, por presuntamente no pagar impuestos durante a\u00f1os mientras resid\u00eda en la ciudad catalana.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado enviado por sus abogados, la artista indic\u00f3 que opt\u00f3 por admitir su culpabilidad para proteger su carrera y la de sus hijos, evitando \u00aba\u00f1os\u00bb de proceso judicial.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8316\" src=\"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2964e8aee44b11045ffec40c0440931a0b152334-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00abTen\u00eda dos opciones: seguir peleando hasta el final, hipotecando mi tranquilidad y la de mis hijos, dejar de hacer canciones, \u00e1lbumes y giras, sin poder disfrutar de mi carrera y las cosas que me gustan, o pactar, cerrar y dejar atr\u00e1s este cap\u00edtulo de mi vida mirando hacia adelante\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Shakira citada en el comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda ped\u00eda una pena de ocho a\u00f1os y dos meses de c\u00e1rcel y una multa de 23,8 millones de euros (25,85 millones de d\u00f3lares) para Shakira, por no haber pagado sus impuestos en Espa\u00f1a entre los a\u00f1os 2012, 2013 y 2014 y de haber utilizado un complejo entramado de sociedades radicadas en para\u00edsos fiscales para eludir sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8317\"
