Desde tempranas horas de la ma\u00f1ana de este martes, 14 de noviembre, se registra un enfrentamiento entre funcionarios de los cuerpos de seguridad y delincuentes.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-1    \"><\/aside>\n<p>El hecho se registr\u00f3 entre las\u00a0<strong>calles 14 y 16<\/strong>\u00a0de los Jardines de El Valle, en la parroquia El Valle de la capital venezolana.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la red social X circulan\u00a0<strong>videos\u00a0<\/strong>donde se escuchan las r\u00e1fagas de disparos. a\u00f1o no se hab\u00edan reportado\u00a0<strong>tiroteos\u00a0<\/strong>en El Valle, aunque seg\u00fan datos del Observatorio Venezolano de Violencia, esta es una de las parroquias m\u00e1s violentas de Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>delincuencia organizada<\/strong>\u00a0que se desplaza en algunos barrios de la parte alta de la parroquia El Valle, a\u00fan no ha sido desmantelada, como ocurri\u00f3 en la Cota 905, a pesar de los m\u00faltiples operativos realizados por las autoridades gubernamentales.<\/p>\n<p>Tras los intensos tiroteos que se han registrado desde hace a\u00f1os en la parroquia, son muchos los vecinos de las comunidades de El Valle, que han tenido que escapar hacia otras zonas del pa\u00eds o de la ciudad tras
