acudir\u00e1 a la CIJ para defender la legitimidad del referendo sobre el Esequibo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La vicepresidenta Ejecutiva Delcy Rodr\u00edguez anunci\u00f3 este domingo que Venezuela acudir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo martes a la Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ), aunque no la reconoce, para defender la legitimidad del referendo consultivo sobre el Esequibo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAcudimos a defender que el referendo consultivo es de orden nacional, que el referendo consultivo es un asunto de los venezolanos, nunca a reconocer la jurisdicci\u00f3n\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez record\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica del pa\u00eds desde la conformaci\u00f3n de CIJ. \u00abComo estaba pendiente el tema del laudo fraudulento sobre la Guayana Esequiba, es que deb\u00eda ser un asunto voluntario, nunca ir a la CIJ de manera obligada, ni nunca cediera la jurisdicci\u00f3n obligatoria y autom\u00e1tica\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Reafirm\u00f3 que Venezuela no reconoce la jurisdicci\u00f3n obligatoria y autom\u00e1tica de la CIJ lo que, a su juicio, \u00abes bueno aclararlo, porque hay distintas voces pero, la verdad verdadera es que solamente 70 pa\u00edses en el mundo reconocen la jurisdicci\u00f3n obligatoria y autom\u00e1tica de la CIJ\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo 14 y 15 de noviembre, la Corte Internacional de Justicia de La Haya celebrar\u00e1 las audiencias p\u00fablicas luego de que Guyana solicit\u00f3 medidas provisionales para que Venezuela no proceda con un referendo consultivo sobre el Esequibo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 que Venezuela reconoce como \u00fanico instrumento legal para resolver esta controversia el Acuerdo de Ginebra, firmado en 1966 con Reino Unido, antes de la
