{"id":7634,"date":"2023-11-09T07:18:10","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T11:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=7634"},"modified":"2023-11-09T07:18:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T11:48:10","slug":"congreso-de-costa-rica-aprobo-mocion-contra-maduro-por-el-uso-abusivo-del-poder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/congreso-de-costa-rica-aprobo-mocion-contra-maduro-por-el-uso-abusivo-del-poder\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso de Costa Rica aprob\u00f3 moci\u00f3n contra Maduro por el uso abusivo del poder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Asamblea Legislativa de Costa Rica aprob\u00f3 el lunes una moci\u00f3n que apoya las elecciones primarias de la oposici\u00f3n venezolana y condena al r\u00e9gimen de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro por el \u201cuso abusivo del poder\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa cont\u00f3 con el respaldo de 39 legisladores de diferentes bancadas y solo un voto en contra.<\/p>\n<p>La moci\u00f3n reconoce el valor democr\u00e1tico de las primarias celebradas el 22 de octubre en Venezuela, en las que result\u00f3 ganadora la exdiputada Mar\u00eda Corina Machado, y rechaza la campa\u00f1a de descr\u00e9dito y judicializaci\u00f3n que ha iniciado el gobierno de Maduro contra el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, expresa su solidaridad con los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Primaria (CNdP), que han sido citados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico venezolano en calidad de \u201cinvestigados\u201d por presuntos delitos de usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones, usurpaci\u00f3n de identidad, legitimaci\u00f3n de capitales y asociaci\u00f3n para delinquir.<\/p>\n<p>La moci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n censura el uso abusivo que hace el r\u00e9gimen de Maduro de las instituciones del Estado para imponer su voluntad, opacar a la oposici\u00f3n y desconocer a las organizaciones pol\u00edticas y civiles.
