una\u00a0<b>ley<\/b>\u00a0para revocar la\u00a0<b>ratificaci\u00f3n del Tratado de Prohibici\u00f3n Completa de los Ensayos Nucleares (TPCEN)<\/b>, seg\u00fan un documento en el sitio web de la publicaci\u00f3n oficial de\u00a0<b>actos jur\u00eddicos<\/b>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abAnular el art\u00edculo 1 de la ley federal 72 del 27 de mayo de 2000 &#8216;Sobre la ratificaci\u00f3n del Tratado de Prohibici\u00f3n Completa de los Ensayos Nucleares'\u00bb, dice la ley publicada.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nIndica que el documento entra en vigor el d\u00eda de su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>\nRusia suscribi\u00f3 el TPCEN el 24 de septiembre de 1996 y lo ratific\u00f3 el 30 de junio de 2000.<\/div>\n<div>\nPutin, al comentar a principios de octubre el desarrollo de\u00a0<b>armas avanzadas<\/b>, como el\u00a0<b>proyectil superpesado Sarmat<\/b>\u00a0o el\u00a0<b>misil de crucero de propulsi\u00f3n nuclear y alcance global Burev\u00e9stnik<\/b>, mencion\u00f3 la posibilidad de revocar la\u00a0<b>ratificaci\u00f3n del TPCEN<\/b>, puesto que Washington nunca lleg\u00f3 a ratificarlo.<\/div>\n<div>\nVarios funcionarios rusos de alto rango dejaron claro que Mosc\u00fa, si bien da marcha atr\u00e1s ahora a la\u00a0<b>ratificaci\u00f3n del tratado<\/b>, no tiene la intenci\u00f3n de reanudar las\u00a0<b>pruebas nucleares<\/b>\u00a0a menos
