exige al Estado garantizar el cambio de nombre de personas trans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La ONG Caleidoscopio Humano exigi\u00f3 al Estado venezolano garantizar los derechos de las personas trans, entre ellos el de poder cambiar su nombre, una garant\u00eda establecida en la Ley del Registro Civil desde 2009, pero que no se cumple.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En una nota de prensa, Caleidoscopio Humano asegur\u00f3 que, a pesar de que las leyes venezolanas proh\u00edben cualquier tipo de discriminaci\u00f3n, \u00abel Estado le sigue negando a las personas trans el derecho a cambiar su nombre\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La ONG dijo que \u00abla situaci\u00f3n sigue siendo la misma\u00bb para este grupo, pese a que han transcurrido m\u00e1s de seis meses desde que parlamentarios de la Asamblea Nacional de mayor\u00eda oficialista se comprometieron con cuatro activistas, que permanecieron ocho d\u00edas encadenados en Caracas, a obligar al Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE) a cumplir la ley que contempla el cambio de nombre.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que las personas trans no s\u00f3lo se enfrentan a la discriminaci\u00f3n institucionalizada y a los estereotipos normalizados, sino que \u00abtambi\u00e9n son v\u00edctimas de exclusi\u00f3n dentro de los propios movimientos sociales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En febrero pasado, varios activistas LGBTI exigieron al CNE, ente encargado tambi\u00e9n de organizar, supervisar y actualizar el registro civil, que garantice el cambio de nombre de las personas transg\u00e9nero, intersexuales y no binarias.<\/p>\n<p>Desde noviembre del a\u00f1o pasado, la activista y abogada Richelle Brice\u00f1o dijo cuando se reunieron con diputados del Parlamento que se comprometieron a obligar al ente electoral a garantizar este derecho, no han
