Va a ser por primera vez en nuestro pa\u00eds\u00bb, dijo el ministro de Juventud y Deporte,<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MervinMaldonad0?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\">\u00a0Mervin Maldonado<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Venezuela tambi\u00e9n ha sido proclamada como sede del torneo Preol\u00edmpico de pesas, el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, agreg\u00f3 el ministro.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien Maldonado no precis\u00f3 lugares ni fechas, la Confederaci\u00f3n Sudamericana de F\u00fatbol (Conmebol) anunci\u00f3 este mismo s\u00e1bado que el Preol\u00edmpico transcurrir\u00e1 en las ciudades Caracas, Valencia (norte) y Barquisimeto (oeste) entre el 20 de enero y el 11 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Conmebol, el paraguayo Alejandro Dom\u00ednguez, anticip\u00f3 durante una visita a Venezuela en julio de 2022 que este pa\u00eds pod\u00eda acoger el pr\u00f3ximo Torneo Preol\u00edmpico sub\u201923, como respueta previa a una propuesta presentada durante una reuni\u00f3n con el jefe de Estado, Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>Maldonado abander\u00f3 a los deportistas que competir\u00e1n en los Panamericanos y Parapanamericanos de Santiago de Chile. Asegur\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds ha \u00abido cumpliendo con las fases de preparaciones nacionales e internacionales\u00bb. Esto,\u00a0como parte del plan denominado \u00abSue\u00f1o Ol\u00edmpico y Paral\u00edmpico Par\u00eds 2024\u00bb,<\/p>\n<p>El ministro asegur\u00f3 que su pa\u00eds \u00abest\u00e1 brillando en materia deportiva\u00bb y que est\u00e1 viviendo un proceso de renacimiento en esta \u00e1rea.
