Invita a so\u00f1ar, manteniendo un tono de realismo m\u00e1gico muy particular\u201d, subray\u00f3 Castillo Cottin en el acta del veredicto.<\/p>\n<div>Tras conocerse la noticia como candidata al \u00d3scar, Miguel \u00c1ngel Ferrer, director y tambi\u00e9n coguionista de \u201cLa Sombra del Sol\u201d indic\u00f3 que \u201cesto es un paso m\u00e1s en nuestro viaje\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs una pel\u00edcula de Venezuela, por<b>\u00a0Venezuela y para el mundo, rodada con talento local.\u00a0<\/b>Quiero felicitar al resto de pel\u00edculas que estaban en la carrera a esta selecci\u00f3n. Sabemos que es un sue\u00f1o el poder representar a Venezuela en los\u00a0<b>\u00d3scars\u00a0<\/b>y que ser\u00e1 el principio de algo grande para nuestro cine\u201d, dijo Ferrer.<\/div>\n<div>\nEl filme tendr\u00e1 su estreno el pr\u00f3ximo 5 de octubre en Caracas desde el Trasnocho Cultural y a partir de diciembre llegar\u00e1 a salas nacionales. Actualmente, \u201cLa Sombra del Sol\u201d se encuentra realizando un amplio recorrido en festivales internacionales tras su premier en Los \u00c1ngeles en LALIFF.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la nominaci\u00f3n a Mejor Pel\u00edcula Internacional, un primer corte de 15 seleccionadas se anunciar\u00e1 el 21 de diciembre. Las 5 finalistas que llegar\u00e1n al Dolby Theater de Los \u00c1ngeles se dar\u00e1n a conocer el 23 de enero.
