{"id":42051,"date":"2026-09-04T06:23:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T10:53:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=42051"},"modified":"2026-09-04T06:23:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T10:53:54","slug":"tsj-y-gobierno-nacional-evaluan-acciones-para-fortalecer-el-sistema-judicial-en-el-marco-de-la-reforma-aprobada-por-la-asamblea-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/tsj-y-gobierno-nacional-evaluan-acciones-para-fortalecer-el-sistema-judicial-en-el-marco-de-la-reforma-aprobada-por-la-asamblea-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"TSJ y Gobierno Nacional eval\u00faan acciones para fortalecer el sistema judicial en el marco de la reforma aprobada por la Asamblea Nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) sostuvo este mi\u00e9rcoles una reuni\u00f3n de alto nivel con representantes de los Poderes P\u00fablicos para evaluar acciones orientadas al fortalecimiento del sistema judicial venezolano, en el marco del proceso de transformaci\u00f3n institucional convocado por la presidenta Delcy Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro, celebrado en la sede del Poder Judicial en Caracas, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del vicepresidente sectorial de Pol\u00edtica, Seguridad Ciudadana y Paz, Diosdado Cabello, junto a otras altas autoridades del Estado, con el prop\u00f3sito de consolidar las bases del nuevo plan de transformaci\u00f3n y eficiencia judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n fue liderada por la presidenta del TSJ y de la Sala Electoral, magistrada Caryslia Beatriz Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, acompa\u00f1ada por la Junta Directiva completa del m\u00e1ximo tribunal del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><b>La reforma que da marco al proceso<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nLa reuni\u00f3n se produce d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que la Asamblea Nacional aprobara por unanimidad en segunda discusi\u00f3n, el pasado 1 de septiembre, la reforma parcial de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, legislaci\u00f3n que busca regular la estructura, organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento del m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano del Poder Judicial venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>El principal cambio contemplado por la reforma es la reestructuraci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 del TSJ, que pasar\u00e1 a estar integrado por 23 miembros: 11 diputados y 12 representantes de la sociedad civil, en una composici\u00f3n que busca equilibrar la representaci\u00f3n parlamentaria con la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana directa.<\/p>\n<p><b>La Junta Directiva del TSJ, en pleno<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nEn el encuentro participaron el primer vicepresidente del TSJ y presidente de la Sala de Casaci\u00f3n Social, magistrado El\u00edas Rub\u00e9n Bittar Escalona; la segunda vicepresidenta del TSJ y presidenta de la Sala Constitucional, magistrada Tania D&#8217;Amelio Cardiet; la presidenta de la Sala de Casaci\u00f3n Penal, magistrada Carmen Marisela Castro Gilly;
