Te impide que generes dinero para cubrir el hueco fiscal\u00bb, destac\u00f3 el analista.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Sin embargo, matiz\u00f3 que la dependencia de los hidrocarburos exponen la econom\u00eda venezolana a crisis c\u00edclicas si no cuenta con un colch\u00f3n financiero o pol\u00edtica monetaria propia.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">\u00abCuando tienes un pa\u00eds petrolero cuyo ingreso es altamente vol\u00e1til, si se te cae el ingreso petrolero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 vas a hacer? \u00bfVas a botar a la mitad de los trabajadores? T\u00fa no tienes reservas internacionales suficientes para atender la variabilidad de tu ingreso, y si no tienes pol\u00edtica monetaria, ah\u00ed hay un problema\u00bb, argument\u00f3.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">El presidente de Datan\u00e1lisis se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el actual repunte de ingresos responde a factores externos coyunturales, como la alza del crudo derivado de conflictos geopol\u00edticos en Medio Oriente, pero alert\u00f3 sobre eventuales ca\u00eddas de precios por la normalizaci\u00f3n del mercado internacional.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Finalmente, se concluy\u00f3 que la dolarizaci\u00f3n plena solo resulta viable cuando las instituciones cuentan con capacidad de maniobra financiera.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">\u00abLa dolarizaci\u00f3n es buena cuando tienes margen de maniobra, cuando tienes fondos que te permiten abordar con tus recursos ese problema.
