Su muerte ocurri\u00f3 en la Isla de Margarita.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCon el coraz\u00f3n lleno de profunda tristeza, pero rebosante de orgullo por la vida que construy\u00f3, la familia Fr\u00f3meta informa el sensible fallecimiento de nuestro querido Luis Vicente Fr\u00f3meta, conocido por el mundo como Charlie Fr\u00f3meta\u00bb, expres\u00f3 la orquesta en un comunicado publicado en sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n<div><b>Una vida entre la ciencia y la m\u00fasica<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nCharlie Fr\u00f3meta construy\u00f3 antes de la m\u00fasica una s\u00f3lida carrera acad\u00e9mica en la agronom\u00eda, alcanzando el grado de doctor y acumulando altos honores profesionales en Venezuela. Sin embargo, el llamado de la m\u00fasica fue m\u00e1s fuerte. Decidi\u00f3 entonces formarse en el prestigioso Berklee College of Music de Boston y complement\u00f3 su preparaci\u00f3n en Los \u00c1ngeles, regresando a Venezuela convertido en un extraordinario compositor y arreglista.<\/p>\n<p>El seud\u00f3nimo \u00abCharlie\u00bb le fue asignado cari\u00f1osamente en el entorno familiar para diferenciarlo de los otros \u00abLuises\u00bb del n\u00facleo Fr\u00f3meta, y con el tiempo se convirti\u00f3, seg\u00fan sus propios hermanos, en \u00abun sello indiscutible de excelencia y sabor caribe\u00f1o\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los primeros pasos junto a su padre<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nAl incorporarse a la orquesta, Charlie demostr\u00f3 desde el inicio su talento con la composici\u00f3n de jingles publicitarios, arreglos del repertorio habitual y la creaci\u00f3n de su primera cumbia, \u00abTe fuiste\u00bb, que el maestro Billo acogi\u00f3 con plena confianza en el talento de su hijo.<\/p>\n<p><b>El guardi\u00e1n del legado<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nEn sus \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Charlie Fr\u00f3meta asumi\u00f3 una misi\u00f3n que lo defini\u00f3 por encima de todo: la preservaci\u00f3n integral del cat\u00e1logo y la memoria hist\u00f3rica de la Billo&#8217;s Caracas Boys, defendiendo con rigor y dedicaci\u00f3n la obra musical que su padre leg\u00f3 a Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCharlie no solo fue el heredero de una batuta; fue el guardi\u00e1n absoluto del rigor y la historia de la orquesta.
