{"id":4075,"date":"2023-08-25T06:16:41","date_gmt":"2023-08-25T10:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=4075"},"modified":"2023-08-25T06:16:41","modified_gmt":"2023-08-25T10:46:41","slug":"presidente-saludo-consenso-de-la-an-para-elegir-a-nuevas-autoridades-del-poder-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/presidente-saludo-consenso-de-la-an-para-elegir-a-nuevas-autoridades-del-poder-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente salud\u00f3 consenso de la AN para elegir a nuevas autoridades del Poder Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abCreo que es una buena noticia para Venezuela, la elecci\u00f3n de un CNE (Consejo Nacional Electoral) tan profesional, equilibrado y de tanto nivel\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 el presidente Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, al ser consultado respecto a sus consideraciones sobre la designaci\u00f3n de la junta directiva del Poder Electoral.<\/p>\n<p>En horas de la tarde de este jueves se conoci\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de Elvis Amoroso, ex contralor de la Rep\u00fablica, como presidente del CNE, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n fueron nombrados como rectores principales Rosalba Gil, Aim\u00e9 Nogal, Juan Carlos Delpino y Carlos Quintero.<\/p>\n<p>El jefe de Estado salud\u00f3 a la Asamblea Nacional (AN), por haber \u201clogrado un gran consenso para elegir el Poder Electoral, la nueva directiva del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEst\u00e1 compuesto (nuevo CNE) por hombres y mujeres de bien, profesionales, equilibrados. Ya les corresponde a ellos organizar los procesos electorales en los pr\u00f3ximos siete a\u00f1os (2023-2030)\u201d, destac\u00f3 el Mandatario.<\/p>\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que ello implica el mandato \u201cpara este nuevo Consejo Nacional Electoral que constitucionalmente ha sido trabajado, consultado y decidido por consenso, por parte del Poder Legislativo, al que le corresponde elegir al CNE\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs el poder. \u00bfQui\u00e9n tiene el poder legislativo de la Naci\u00f3n?
