que, con la disoluci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Sovi\u00e9tica,\u00a0<strong>\u00abel sistema de relaciones internacionales dej\u00f3 de existir\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0tal como hab\u00eda sido configurado tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial.<\/p>\n<p>En una reuni\u00f3n con oficiales de la Armada rusa, el presidente record\u00f3 que el orden posterior al conflicto se asent\u00f3 sobre la Carta de las Naciones Unidas, elaborada por las potencias vencedoras \u2014la URSS, Estados Unidos y el Reino Unido\u2014 y que ese texto es\u00a0<strong>\u00abla base del derecho internacional contempor\u00e1neo\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A su juicio, tras el colapso sovi\u00e9tico, \u00ablos llamados vencedores de la Guerra Fr\u00eda, no solo EE.UU. sino todo el Occidente colectivo\u00bb, decidieron que hab\u00eda que \u00abcorregir\u00bb ese sistema, partiendo de la premisa de que una Rusia debilitada no deb\u00eda disfrutar de los mismos derechos que la antigua superpotencia.<\/p>\n<p>Putin cit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n militar en Yugoslavia y la fragmentaci\u00f3n del pueblo serbio en distintos Estados como ejemplo de decisiones\u00a0<strong>\u00abque en absoluto no se correspond\u00edan con la Carta de la ONU\u00bb<\/strong>, y acus\u00f3 a Occidente de \u00abhaber soltado al genio de la botella\u00bb.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
