propuso entregar directamente el subsidio para la adquisici\u00f3n de viviendas de forma directa a los compradores, mediante un certificado digital que les permite seleccionar al promotor inmobiliario, inform\u00f3 ante medios nacionales el presidente de la CVC, Gustavo Garc\u00eda Carrasquero.<\/p>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">El gremio, seg\u00fan rese\u00f1\u00f3 la Agencia Venezolana de Noticias (AVN), plante\u00f3 crear una comisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica integrada por ingenieros, universidades, academias y organismos del Estado para evaluar urbanismos p\u00fablicos y privados impactados por los sismos.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Adem\u00e1s, propuso culminar proyectos habitacionales mediante alianzas p\u00fablico-privadas para incorporarlos al plan Nacional de soluciones.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">La c\u00e1mara insisti\u00f3 en una recuperaci\u00f3n resiliente con la actualizaci\u00f3n de las normas de urbanismo dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n, y respald\u00f3 la exoneraci\u00f3n de impuestos para la transferencia de inmuebles a los damnificados, adem\u00e1s de solicitar la eliminaci\u00f3n temporal de Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) para materiales de construcci\u00f3n producidos en el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span dir=\"auto\">Por otra parte, Garc\u00eda plante\u00f3 una tregua fiscal y de arancel cero para la importaci\u00f3n de maquinaria pesada, as\u00ed como equipos e insumos y tambi\u00e9n una reducci\u00f3n temporal del encaje legal coordinada con el Banco Central de Venezuela y la superintendencia nacional de instituciones del sector bancario.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_39888\"
