clearfix\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote><p>La presidenta encargada, Delcy\u00a0<strong>Rodr\u00edguez,<\/strong>\u00a0encabez\u00f3 este 5 de julio el acto de conmemoraci\u00f3n del 215\u00b0 aniversario de la Firma del Acta de la Independencia de Venezuela, en el que adem\u00e1s lider\u00f3 la ceremonia de graduaci\u00f3n conjunta de oficiales de la Universidad Militar Bolivariana de Venezuela (UMBV), en el Patio de Honor de las Academias, en Fuerte Tiuna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Durante el evento, fueron investidos nuevos tenientes y tenientes de corbeta<\/strong>, quienes se incorporan a las filas de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana como parte de la promoci\u00f3n de oficiales de comando, t\u00e9cnicos y de tropa.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\">\n<p><strong>En su intervenci\u00f3n, Rodr\u00edguez destac\u00f3 la relevancia hist\u00f3rica de la fecha y afirm\u00f3 que la soberan\u00eda nacional se mantiene firme gracias al compromiso de las nuevas generaciones militares<\/strong>, a quienes inst\u00f3 a asumir la responsabilidad de resguardar el legado independentista y la integridad del territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la disciplina y la formaci\u00f3n de los graduandos, a quienes calific\u00f3 como garantes de la estabilidad y la paz de Venezuela.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content clearfix
