El programa social, desarrollado bajo la gesti\u00f3n del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), opera en la Torre Sur del organismo judicial, en el municipio Chacao de la capital, de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a. m. a 4:00 p. m.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La instituci\u00f3n dise\u00f1\u00f3 un protocolo de atenci\u00f3n estructurado en cuatro fases para garantizar la fluidez y la higiene del proceso. En primer lugar, los usuarios deben consignar sus envases vac\u00edos, limpios y debidamente identificados en el punto de recepci\u00f3n habilitado en la referida Torre Sur.
