Adem\u00e1s del tr\u00e1mite obligatorio para obtener\u00a0<strong>salvoconductos en el Poliedro de Caracas<\/strong>, los equipos enfrentan v\u00edas en p\u00e9simas condiciones que limitan la circulaci\u00f3n y ralentizan la entrega de ayuda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">En la zona se registran problemas estructurales graves:\u00a0<strong>carreteras fracturadas<\/strong>, tramos de\u00a0<strong>asfalto levantado<\/strong>\u00a0por el sismo y un\u00a0<strong>colapso vehicular<\/strong>\u00a0que mantiene el tr\u00e1nsito pr\u00e1cticamente paralizado. Estas fallas convierten cada kil\u00f3metro en un desaf\u00edo log\u00edstico para rescatistas y organizaciones humanitarias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Como consecuencia, decenas de\u00a0<strong>g\u00e1ndolas, camiones y camionetas cargados con alimentos, agua, medicinas y otros insumos<\/strong>\u00a0permanecen retenidos durante horas en las v\u00edas, a la espera de poder avanzar hacia las comunidades afectadas. Aunque las donaciones y los env\u00edos no han cesado, la capacidad de distribuci\u00f3n se ve seriamente limitada por los obst\u00e1culos administrativos y f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p>Autoridades, voluntarios y equipos de emergencia coinciden en que esta fase es apenas el inicio de una operaci\u00f3n mayor.
