{"id":39054,"date":"2026-06-18T08:57:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T13:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=39054"},"modified":"2026-06-18T08:57:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-18T13:27:00","slug":"encuesta-revela-que-75-de-adultos-mayores-sufre-maltrato-en-el-transporte-publico-del-pais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/encuesta-revela-que-75-de-adultos-mayores-sufre-maltrato-en-el-transporte-publico-del-pais\/","title":{"rendered":"Encuesta revela que 75% de adultos mayores sufre maltrato en el transporte p\u00fablico del pa\u00eds"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><strong>La ministra para los Adultos Mayores<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Magally Vi\u00f1a<\/strong>\u00a0Castro, inform\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta de alcance nacional se determin\u00f3 que el 75% de los adultos mayores en el pa\u00eds sufre de maltrato por parte del sector transporte, asegur\u00f3 que los prestadores de servicio ignoran de forma recurrente las solicitudes de parada de los ciudadanos, los agreden verbalmente y los obligan a cancelar la tarifa del pasaje completo, vulnerando las exoneraciones legales vigentes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Las evaluaciones estad\u00edsticas se\u00f1alan que cuatro de cada diez personas de la tercera edad han sido v\u00edctimas de humillaciones en las unidades de traslado terrestre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>El estudio t\u00e9cnico tambi\u00e9n evalu\u00f3 las causas que impiden la formalizaci\u00f3n de los reclamos ante las autoridades competentes, destacando que solo\u00a0<strong>una<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>de cada 20 personas<\/strong>\u00a0afectadas denuncia los agravios. En este sentido, el<strong>\u00a045%<\/strong>\u00a0de los adultos mayores encuestados manifest\u00f3 que no denuncia debido a la percepci\u00f3n de que los tr\u00e1mites no surtir\u00e1n ning\u00fan
