Este avance demuestra que la fase de recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del plan de tres fases est\u00e1 dando resultados concretos. Mantener el impulso de las reformas ser\u00e1 clave para consolidar la estabilidad, atraer inversi\u00f3n y generar prosperidad duradera para los venezolanos\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Barrett.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>El diplom\u00e1tico estadounidense atribuy\u00f3 esta desaceleraci\u00f3n de los precios a la ejecuci\u00f3n de la segunda etapa de la estrategia norteamericana implementada para la naci\u00f3n caribe\u00f1a, enfocada en la reactivaci\u00f3n productiva de la mano con el sector privado y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la administraci\u00f3n de la
