Del total de detenidos, 269 son hombres y 35 mujeres, 403 adultos y un adolescente. La cifra incluye 179 militares y 225 civiles, mientras que se desconoce el paradero de una persona.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al estatus procesal, 237 permanecen encarcelados sin sentencia y 167 ya fueron condenados. El registro contempla 11 excarcelaciones recientes. Desde 2014, Foro Penal ha documentado 19.102 detenciones por motivos pol\u00edticos y m\u00e1s de 11.000 personas se mantienen bajo medidas cautelares. La organizaci\u00f3n ha asistido a m\u00e1s de 14.000 excarcelados.<\/p>\n<p>La Plataforma Unitaria Democr\u00e1tica (PUD) indic\u00f3 que 811 presos pol\u00edticos han sido excarcelados desde el 8 de enero, y demand\u00f3 procesos \u201cmasivos, expeditos, p\u00fablicos y transparentes\u201d para garantizar la libertad de todos los detenidos. Por su parte, la presidenta encargada, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, asegur\u00f3 que 8.740 personas han recuperado su libertad desde febrero, de las cuales 314 estaban en reclusi\u00f3n y 8.426 bajo medidas cautelares.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley de Amnist\u00eda para la Convivencia Democr\u00e1tica abarca hechos pol\u00edticos desde 1999, con excepciones espec\u00edficas.
