encargada de Venezuela, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, prometi\u00f3 este lunes esclarecer el fallecimiento, bajo custodia, de V\u00edctor Quero, quien se encontraba detenido desde enero de 2025, tras ser capturado por las fuerzas de seguridad del Estado por estar presuntamente vinculado con acciones terroristas.<\/p>\n<p>El pronunciamiento de presidencia se da en el contexto del fallecimiento el domingo de la se\u00f1ora Carmen Navas, madre de Quero.<\/p>\n<p>En el comunicado, la presidencia puntualiz\u00f3 que \u00abuna vez concluidas las averiguaciones, se informar\u00e1 al pa\u00eds de manera amplia sobre los resultados y las acciones correspondientes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El ministerio para el Servicio Penitenciario venezolano inform\u00f3 el 8 de mayo que la muerte de Quero ocurri\u00f3 en julio de 2025<\/p>\n<p>Su madre, Carmen Teresa Navas llevaba m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o busc\u00e1ndolo, luego de denunciar su \u00abdesaparici\u00f3n forzada\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Navas, su hijo fue detenido por funcionarios de la Direcci\u00f3n de Contrainteligencia Militar (Dgcim), y acusado de los supuestos delitos de terrorismo, asociaci\u00f3n para delinquir y traici\u00f3n a la patria.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno inform\u00f3 que Quero fue recluido en el Internado Judicial Rodeo 1 y durante su proceso de reclusi\u00f3n \u00abno suministr\u00f3 datos sobre v\u00ednculos filiatorios y ning\u00fan familiar se present\u00f3 a solicitar visita formal\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo llam\u00f3 a los organismos competentes a realizar una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva, independiente y transparente que permita esclarecer los hechos, determinar las responsabilidades correspondientes y garantizar justicia.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
