La medida, que obedece a la celebraci\u00f3n religiosa de la\u00a0<b>Ascensi\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or<\/b>, aplica tanto para la banca p\u00fablica como para la privada.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, las operaciones que requieran atenci\u00f3n directa en taquilla o gesti\u00f3n administrativa en sedes f\u00edsicas quedar\u00e1n suspendidas. No obstante, el organismo rector asegur\u00f3 que la plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica del sistema financiero nacional se mantendr\u00e1 activa para garantizar el flujo de transacciones.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los usuarios podr\u00e1n realizar pagos a trav\u00e9s de los servicios de pago m\u00f3vil, transferencias electr\u00f3nicas, banca en l\u00ednea y puntos de venta. La red de cajeros autom\u00e1ticos y los sistemas de atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica estar\u00e1n disponibles para consultas y operaciones b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n<div>\nLa Sudeban exhort\u00f3 a los clientes, tanto naturales como jur\u00eddicos, a priorizar el uso de las herramientas digitales para evitar cualquier inconveniente derivado del cierre de las oficinas. Esta recomendaci\u00f3n busca optimizar la experiencia del usuario y descongestionar el sistema ante el pr\u00f3ximo retorno a las actividades habituales.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Finalmente, el ente regulador record\u00f3 que este cese de actividades es parte de los feriados programados para el a\u00f1o 2026.
