Delcy Rodr\u00edguez<\/b>, arrib\u00f3 este domingo al\u00a0<b>Aeropuerto de Schiphol, en \u00c1msterdam<\/b>, con el objetivo de ratificar la postura del Estado venezolano sobre el territorio de la Guayana Esequiba ante la\u00a0<b>Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ).<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n\u200bRodr\u00edguez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la delegaci\u00f3n venezolana acude a esta instancia en ejercicio de la defensa de la normativa vigente. \u00abEstamos siendo defensores de la legalidad internacional, y aqu\u00ed estamos llegando a defender la majestad y el vigor del\u00a0<b>Acuerdo de Ginebra<\/b>\u00ab, afirm\u00f3 a su llegada.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n\u200bLa mandataria nacional subray\u00f3 que la posici\u00f3n de Venezuela se fundamenta en la trayectoria hist\u00f3rica del pa\u00eds en foros internacionales. \u00abEs la Venezuela que siempre ha levantado las banderas de la legalidad y la\u00a0<b>defensa del derecho internacional<\/b>\u00ab, sostuvo, al tiempo que asegur\u00f3 actuar como la voz del pueblo venezolano en la reivindicaci\u00f3n de los derechos sobre el territorio en disputa.<\/div>\n<div>\n\u200bEn sus declaraciones, la jefe de Estado enfatiz\u00f3 que la documentaci\u00f3n presentada por Venezuela respalda su soberan\u00eda sobre la zona. \u00abHa quedado muy claro que el \u00fanico que tiene titularidad sobre este territorio en esta controversia territorial es Venezuela\u00bb, sentenci\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div>\n\u200bExplic\u00f3 que la defensa jur\u00eddica abarca diversos periodos hist\u00f3ricos, desde la conformaci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica hasta los antecedentes de la administraci\u00f3n colonial. \u00abNo hay duda alguna, Venezuela es la \u00fanica titular de este territorio, y nosotros mantenemos nuestra postura en la defensa del Acuerdo de Ginebra\u00bb, concluy\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_37867\" class=\"pvc_stats all  \"
