{"id":37827,"date":"2026-05-08T06:34:53","date_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:04:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=37827"},"modified":"2026-05-08T06:34:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:04:53","slug":"mp-ordena-exhumacion-del-fallecido-victor-quero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/mp-ordena-exhumacion-del-fallecido-victor-quero\/","title":{"rendered":"MP ordena exhumaci\u00f3n del fallecido V\u00edctor Quero"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 este jueves una investigaci\u00f3n penal orientada a esclarecer las circunstancias que rodearon el fallecimiento de V\u00edctor Hugo Quero Navas, quien permanec\u00eda recluido en el Centro Penitenciario Rodeo I desde principios del a\u00f1o 2025, y orden\u00f3 la exhumaci\u00f3n de su cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Para garantizar el debido proceso y la transparencia en las averiguaciones, el despacho oficial comision\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda 80 Nacional, especializada en la protecci\u00f3n de derechos humanos. Este organismo tendr\u00e1 la responsabilidad de coordinar las diligencias necesarias de manera \u00aboportuna e imparcial\u00bb, destaca un comunicado de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dentro de las primeras acciones ejecutadas bajo el marco del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico Procesal Penal, se orden\u00f3 la exhumaci\u00f3n del cad\u00e1ver. En este procedimiento participar\u00e1 un equipo forense de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Apoyo a la Investigaci\u00f3n Penal para determinar las causas exactas del deceso.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\nEn el texto oficial, la instituci\u00f3n reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con el marco constitucional:\u00a0\u201cEl Ministerio P\u00fablico ratifica que, en el marco de sus atribuciones constitucionales y legales, continuar\u00e1 velando por el respeto y garant\u00eda de los derechos humanos en las c\u00e1rceles y dem\u00e1s establecimientos de reclusi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Ministerio para el Servicio Penitenciario confirm\u00f3, este jueves 7 de mayo, la muerte de V\u00edctor Hugo Quero Navas, recluido en el Internado Judicial Rodeo I, cuya desaparici\u00f3n fue denunciada por su madre, Carmen Teresa Navas.
