se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Estados Unidos (EE.UU.) es la principal amenaza para la paz y la seguridad en Am\u00e9rica Latina, adem\u00e1s, agreg\u00f3 que las empresas estadounidenses tratan de \u00abvulnerar la soberan\u00eda de Estados latinoamericanos y caribe\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n en la Conferencia de Seguridad Internacional en Mosc\u00fa, Padrino L\u00f3pez indic\u00f3 que\u00a0\u201cante esos factores desestabilizadores me atrevo a decir: la principal amenaza a la seguridad y la paz en Am\u00e9rica Latina son las acciones que llevan a cabo EE.UU. a nivel pol\u00edtico, econ\u00f3mico y militar para tratar de mantener su decadente hegemon\u00eda\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro declar\u00f3 que para mantener a Am\u00e9rica Latina alineada con sus intereses, Washington increment\u00f3 sus actividades militares en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En particular, se mencionaron 11 ejercicios militares autorizados por el Comando Sur de EE.UU. en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En sus palabras, las iniciativas como el fortalecimiento de los BRICS y el acercamiento a naciones como Rusia, la India y China traen grandes inversiones a la regi\u00f3n y contribuyen a la implementaci\u00f3n de monedas alternativas al d\u00f3lar estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>La XI Conferencia de Seguridad Internacional de Mosc\u00fa se celebra en el marco del Foro
