UU. hacia la isla, sino que obedece a una cuesti\u00f3n humanitaria, declar\u00f3 este lunes la secretaria de prensa de la Casa Blanca, Karoline Leavitt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Esto no es un cambio de pol\u00edtica. No ha habido un cambio formal en la pol\u00edtica de sanciones. Como dijo el presidente (de EE. UU., Donald Trump) anoche, permitimos que este barco llegara a Cuba para brindar ayuda humanitaria al pueblo cubano. Estas decisiones se toman caso por caso\u00bb, dijo Leavitt en rueda de prensa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Horas antes, el Ministerio de Transportes de Rusia inform\u00f3 que el buque cisterna Kolodkin, que transportaba 100.000 toneladas de crudo como ayuda humanitaria, hab\u00eda llegado a Cuba y esperaba su descarga en el puerto de Matanzas (oeste).<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00edspera, un funcionario estadounidense dijo al diario The New York Times (NYT) que la Guardia Costera de EE. UU. no cerrar\u00eda el paso al petrolero ruso a pesar del bloqueo impuesto a Cuba por la administraci\u00f3n que preside Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>No nos importa que alguien reciba un cargamento, porque lo necesitan; tienen que sobrevivir\u00bb, dijo Trump al respecto, en di\u00e1logo con reporteros a bordo del Air Force One el domingo por la noche.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El mandatario augur\u00f3 que la llegada del petrolero ruso \u00abno va a tener ning\u00fan impacto\u00bb, porque \u00abCuba est\u00e1 acabada\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El 29 de enero, Trump, firm\u00f3 una orden ejecutiva que permite a EE.
