Esta norma, aprobada en febrero, pretende cubrir delitos vinculados a hechos pol\u00edticos desde 1999 hasta 2026, aunque ha sido criticada por excluir a personas acusadas en casos de rebeli\u00f3n militar y otros delitos graves.<\/p>\n<p>Organizaciones de derechos humanos han verificado diferentes cifras de excarcelaciones desde la entrada en vigor de la amnist\u00eda, y cifras de liberaciones parciales y plenas han ido variando en las \u00faltimas semanas. Por ejemplo, se ha reportado<strong>\u00a0la liberaci\u00f3n de al menos ocho presos pol\u00edticos militares<\/strong>, entre ellos la capit\u00e1n Roc\u00edo Fern\u00e1ndez y el teniente de corbeta Jes\u00fas Sifontes, detenidos desde agosto de 2024 bajo lo que Foro Penal califica de detenciones \u201carbitrarias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Guanipa subray\u00f3 que mientras existan\u00a0<strong>militares y civiles encarcelados por motivos pol\u00edticos<\/strong>, el proceso de reconciliaci\u00f3n y transici\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica en Venezuela estar\u00e1 incompleto.
