martes a la Uni\u00f3n Europea a<strong>\u00a0\u201crecapacitar\u201d y abstenerse de aplicar sanciones \u201ccontra un pueblo\u201d en el futuro, al participar en la Conferencia de Desarme de la ONU en Ginebra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n ante representantes internacionales,\u00a0<strong>Gil calific\u00f3 las sanciones como \u201cilegales, ileg\u00edtimas y carentes de sentido\u201d, y las describi\u00f3 como una forma de \u201cagresi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0que busca desestabilizar al Estado venezolano y presionar cambios pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El canciller reafirm\u00f3 que el mundo, incluido la Asamblea General de la ONU, demanda el levantamiento de todas las \u201cmedidas coercitivas unilaterales\u201d<\/strong>, subrayando que estas restricciones han causado un \u201cda\u00f1o realmente importante\u201d al pueblo venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>Consultado sobre la solicitud de Espa\u00f1a para que la UE retire las sanciones que pesan sobre la presidenta encargada Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, Gil respondi\u00f3 que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de medidas personales, el reclamo internacional apunta al fin total de todas las sanciones, y consider\u00f3 que si la UE opta por esta v\u00eda ser\u00eda \u201cel restablecimiento de la legalidad internacional\u201d porque, seg\u00fan \u00e9l, \u201cesas sanciones nunca debieron ocurrir\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo foro, Gil\u00a0<strong>denunci\u00f3 que las sanciones se han utilizado para generar inestabilidad y forzar cambios pol\u00edticos en Venezuela<\/strong>, insistiendo en que este tipo de medidas representan una agresi\u00f3n externa que afecta negativamente la econom\u00eda y la vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<div
