El pa\u00eds est\u00e1 derrumb\u00e1ndose y creemos que va en su inter\u00e9s realizar cambios muy dr\u00e1sticos muy pronto\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 en rueda de prensa la portavoz de la Casa Blanca, Karoline Leavitt.<\/p>\n<p>Leavitt se remiti\u00f3 a las declaraciones sobre Cuba del secretario de Estado de Estados Unidos, Marco Rubio, y el propio presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, diciendo que \u00abobviamente queremos ver democracias florecientes y pr\u00f3speras en todo el mundo, especialmente en nuestro propio hemisferio\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no concret\u00f3 ninguna medida que Estados Unidos vaya a poner en marcha. \u00abNo estoy dictando ninguna acci\u00f3n que podamos tomar para lograrlo, pero, por supuesto, lo mejor para Estados Unidos es que Cuba sea una democracia verdaderamente libre y pr\u00f3spera\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 Leavitt.<\/p>\n<p>Cuba se enfrenta en este momento a la situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s delicada de los \u00faltimos 67 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la orden ejecutiva firmada por Trump el pasado 29 de enero.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de Estados Unidos cre\u00f3 un mecanismo de aranceles adicionales sobre importaciones desde pa\u00edses que suministren petr\u00f3leo crudo o productos refinados, buscando cortar el flujo de energ\u00eda hacia la isla, que tampoco cuenta ahora con el apoyo del petr\u00f3leo venezolano tras la detenci\u00f3n de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro en enero.<\/p>\n<p>El bloqueo ha generado una situaci\u00f3n humanitaria tan delicada que muchos auguran un colapso del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, la p\u00e1gina web Axios asegur\u00f3 ayer, citando tres fuentes oficiales an\u00f3nimas, que Rubio mantiene conversaciones en secreto con el nieto de Ra\u00fal Castro, Ra\u00fal Guillermo Rodr\u00edguez Castro, salt\u00e1ndose los canales oficiales con el Gobierno cubano.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo podr\u00eda ser impulsar una transici\u00f3n inspirada en el \u00abmodelo Delcy Rodr\u00edguez\u00bb de
