Los hondure\u00f1os hab\u00edan sido se\u00f1alados por organismos de derechos humanos, incluida la CIDH, como v\u00edctimas de detenciones arbitrarias, permaneciendo meses sin comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva con sus abogados o familiares.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-ad id_inline_ad0 id_ad_content-horiz-right\"><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">&#8211; Publicidad &#8211;<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Ola de liberaciones internacionales este movimiento se suma a\u00a0<strong>una serie de excarcelaciones recientes que incluyen a Manuel Alejandro Tique<\/strong>, trabajador humanitario colombiano liberado el martes tras 17 meses de arresto. Fue entregado en la frontera de C\u00facuta.<\/p>\n<p>A la coordinadorade la ONG S\u00famate, N\u00e9lida S\u00e1nchez, quien sali\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>El Helicoide\u00a0<\/strong>tras casi un a\u00f1o y medio de reclusi\u00f3n bajo cargos de conspiraci\u00f3n y terrorismo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan cifras del\u00a0<strong>Foro Penal,<\/strong>\u00a0desde el 8 de enero de 2026 se han registrado 426 excarcelaciones de presos pol\u00edticos en el pa\u00eds, lo que marca un cambio significativo en la gesti\u00f3n de las detenciones por motivos pol\u00edticos este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<figure
