Tras esto, el opositor encabez\u00f3 junto a otros activistas pol\u00edticos una caravana de motocicletas y autom\u00f3viles que se dirigieron a varias c\u00e1rceles para apoyar a los familiares de indic\u00f3 que alrededor de las 23:45 hora local (03:45 GMT) hombres no identificados, sin uniforme y portando armas largas se llevaron a su padre luego de que interceptaran y golpearan el veh\u00edculo en el que se trasladaba junto a otro grupo de personas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAnte la agresividad de estas personas, mi padre decidi\u00f3 bajarse y ellos se lo llevaron\u00bb, relat\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Machado hab\u00eda denunciado en la medianoche del lunes que \u00abhombres fuertemente armados\u00bb se hab\u00edan llevado a Guanipa, quien hab\u00eda salido de prisi\u00f3n inform\u00f3 este lunes, a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, que solicit\u00f3 ante un tribunal revocar \u00abla medida cautelar (excarcelaci\u00f3n) acordada al ciudadano Juan Pablo Guanipa\u00bb por, supuestamente, \u00abhaberse verificado el incumplimiento de las condiciones\u00bb impuestas por las autoridades judiciales.<\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n declar\u00f3 que pidi\u00f3 que el exdiputado pase \u00aba un r\u00e9gimen de detenci\u00f3n domiciliaria\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el abogado de Guanipa, Joel Garc\u00eda, critic\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda no identifique en su comunicado qu\u00e9 condici\u00f3n incumpli\u00f3 el dirigente pol\u00edtico, cu\u00e1ndo ocurri\u00f3 ni c\u00f3mo se verific\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDeclarar ante medios o acompa\u00f1ar a familiares no viola ninguna medida cautelar, porque el tribunal no impuso restricciones de expresi\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3n o participaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Convertir derechos constitucionales en \u2018incumplimientos\u2019 es jur\u00eddicamente improcedente\u00bb, subray\u00f3 el abogado en una publicaci\u00f3n en X.<\/p>\n<div
