Jos\u00e9 Luis Montoya, vocero del sector, enfatiz\u00f3 que el ajuste de tarifas vigente es insuficiente frente a los gastos de mantenimiento, por lo que proponen indexar el pasaje a medio d\u00f3lar.<\/p>\n<p>Para no afectar el bolsillo de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables, la propuesta gremial, seg\u00fan una rese\u00f1a de\u00a0<strong>albertonews<\/strong>, sugiere que el<strong>\u00a0Estado<\/strong>\u00a0cree un bono de transporte de entre\u00a0<strong>30 y 40 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>\u00a0para estudiantes y adultos mayores. Bajo este esquema, los usuarios pagar\u00edan la tarifa completa, permitiendo que el transportista recaude lo necesario para cubrir repuestos y operatividad, recuperando un modelo de financiamiento similar al que manejaba originalmente\u00a0<strong>Fontur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las demandas centrales es la eliminaci\u00f3n definitiva del sistema de biopago y la \u00ab<strong>huella<\/strong>\u00bb para surtir combustible. Montoya denunci\u00f3 que este mecanismo genera discriminaci\u00f3n y p\u00e9rdida de jornadas laborales enteras en colas. En su lugar, el sector est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar el litro de gasolina entre\u00a0<strong>$0,20 y $0,25<\/strong>, siempre que se garantice el acceso libre en cualquier estaci\u00f3n de servicio del pa\u00eds sin restricciones ni pernoctas.<\/p>\n<p>En la nota difundida, el representante gremial aprovech\u00f3 para denunciar la retenci\u00f3n \u00abinjustificada\u00bb de 12 unidades desde hace dos a\u00f1os, las cuales estar\u00edan siendo utilizadas por cuerpos policiales sin base legal.
