preso durante m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy, 1 de febrero, luego de 1.675 d\u00edas, 4 a\u00f1os y siete meses, lleg\u00f3 este tan anhelado d\u00eda: mi hermano Javier Tarazona est\u00e1 en LIBERTAD\u201d, escribi\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Rafael Tarazona la ma\u00f1ana de hoy en su cuenta en X.<\/p>\n<aside><\/aside>\n<p>El profesor universitario y director de la organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental Fundaredes fue detenido en Coro, estado Falc\u00f3n, el 2 de julio de 2021, cuando acudi\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico a denunciar la persecuci\u00f3n en su contra por parte de funcionarios de seguridad y de inteligencia del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Tarazona, antes de ser detenido, denunci\u00f3 v\u00ednculos entre altos funcionarios del gobierno y grupos guerrilleros en la frontera venezolana.<\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces, la organizaci\u00f3n Fundaredes denunci\u00f3 sostenidamente las irregularidades que marcaon el proceso judicial contra Tarazona.<\/p>\n<p>El activista de derechos humanos, de 44 a\u00f1os de edad, sale de la c\u00e1rcel antes de que la Asamblea Nacional apruebe la ley de amnist\u00eda propuesta por el gobierno interino.<\/p>\n<p>Fundaredes agradeci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado publicado en Instagram, la solidaridad, el acompa\u00f1amiento y el apoyo constante de organizaciones nacionales e internacionales, defensores de derechos humanos, periodistas y ciudadanos que \u00abmantuvieron viva la exigencia de libertad y justicia\u00bb, report\u00f3 la agencia EFE.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDurante m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os, su caso se convirti\u00f3 en un s\u00edmbolo de la criminalizaci\u00f3n contra defensores de derechos humanos en Venezuela, marcado por falta de garant\u00edas judiciales, el irrespeto al debido proceso y condiciones que vulneraron sus derechos fundamentales\u00bb, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"pvc_stats_34535\" class=\"pvc_stats all  \" data-element-id=\"34535\"
