UU.) est\u00e1 ultimando la emisi\u00f3n de una licencia general que relajar\u00eda algunas sanciones aplicadas al sector energ\u00e9tico venezolano, de acuerdo con reportes de la agencia Reuters.<span id=\"more-6637\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Este paso representar\u00eda un cambio notable en la pol\u00edtica de Washington hacia Caracas, facilitando una mayor participaci\u00f3n de compa\u00f1\u00edas internacionales en los hidrocarburos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Los funcionarios estadounidenses est\u00e1n puliendo los aspectos t\u00e9cnicos de esta herramienta jur\u00eddica, que habilitar\u00eda operaciones y transacciones comerciales previamente vetadas por el r\u00e9gimen de sanciones.<\/p>\n<p>La suavizaci\u00f3n llega en medio de turbulencias en los mercados energ\u00e9ticos mundiales y se alinea con las discusiones en la Asamblea Nacional (AN) sobre la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Hidrocarburos (LOH), un proyecto orientado a atraer inversiones por unos 50 mil millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque no se han revelado los detalles precisos de la licencia, la informaci\u00f3n ha despertado optimismo en los \u00e1mbitos financiero y petrolero, que perciben en ella una chance para elevar la producci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo venezolano.<\/p>\n<p>Expertos indican que este alivio podr\u00eda vincularse a progresos en la estabilidad pol\u00edtica local, mientras el Departamento del Tesoro de EE.
