{"id":33854,"date":"2026-01-20T06:28:20","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T10:58:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=33854"},"modified":"2026-01-20T06:28:20","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T10:58:20","slug":"tribunal-ordeno-a-la-lagunita-country-club-permitir-terapia-asistida-para-joven-con-espectro-autista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/tribunal-ordeno-a-la-lagunita-country-club-permitir-terapia-asistida-para-joven-con-espectro-autista\/","title":{"rendered":"Tribunal orden\u00f3 a La Lagunita Country Club permitir terapia asistida para joven con espectro autista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Noveno Civil del \u00c1rea Metropolitana de Caracas emiti\u00f3 un amparo constitucional para la familia C\u00e1rdenas Echenagucia, ordenando a la\u00a0<b>Asociaci\u00f3n Civil La Lagunita Country Club\u00a0<\/b>que permita el ingreso de Jaime Alfredo C\u00e1rdenas Echenagucia, un joven diagnosticado con trastorno de espectro autista, junto a sus dos perros de asistencia de raza bulldog franc\u00e9s y los caballos miniatura necesarios para sus terapias.<\/p>\n<p>La sentencia, contenida en el\u00a0<b>expediente AP11-0-FALLAS-2025-000113\u00a0<\/b>y firmada por la jueza Carolina Garc\u00eda Cede\u00f1o, responde a un amparo interpuesto por la familia a trav\u00e9s de su abogado, Juan Ernesto Garant\u00f3n. En este documento, se aleg\u00f3 que La Lagunita hab\u00eda vulnerado \u00abgarant\u00edas y derechos constitucionales\u00bb al prohibir el acceso a Jaime y sus animales, necesarios para su tratamiento terap\u00e9utico.<\/p>\n<p>La negativa del club a permitir el ingreso de los animales comenz\u00f3 entre septiembre y octubre de 2025, bajo el argumento de que su \u00abreglamento interno\u00bb proh\u00edbe la tenencia de esos animales en las caballerizas y otros espacios del establecimiento. Sin embargo, la familia C\u00e1rdenas Echenagucia argument\u00f3 que han tenido ejemplares equinos en las caballerizas desde hace tiempo y que actualmente cuentan con seis, incluyendo un caballo miniatura para las terapias de Jaime.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal destac\u00f3 que, de no haberse otorgado esta medida cautelar, podr\u00edan haberse generado \u00abda\u00f1os de dif\u00edcil o imposible reparaci\u00f3n\u00bb para Jaime C\u00e1rdenas, lo que justifica la intervenci\u00f3n del poder cautelar. Garant\u00f3n subray\u00f3 la importancia de esta decisi\u00f3n, indicando que es un acto de humanidad que debe mantenerse para proteger los derechos del joven.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime C\u00e1rdenas, en un video agradeciendo al Poder Judicial por la medida, advirti\u00f3 sobre la intenci\u00f3n de La Lagunita de retirar los ejemplares equinos este mes, lo que contraviene la decisi\u00f3n judicial. \u00abHago un llamado a la Fiscal\u00eda General y a los tribunales para que sigan defendiendo nuestros derechos\u00bb, concluy\u00f3 C\u00e1rdenas en su mensaje compartido en Instagram.<\/p>\n<div
