El comunicado indica que esta cohesi\u00f3n es necesaria para evitar que presiones externas afecten la estabilidad del mercado y la soberan\u00eda de los pa\u00edses productores.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Art\u00edculo - Enlaces P\u00e1rrafos\"><b>Rodr\u00edguez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el contexto descrito se desarrolla en medio de una campa\u00f1a de hostigamiento<\/b>\u00a0y amenazas que, seg\u00fan dijo, compromete la paz y la seguridad regional e internacional.<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Art\u00edculo - Enlaces P\u00e1rrafos\">En su intervenci\u00f3n,\u00a0<b>afirm\u00f3 que en el Caribe han sido desplegados activos militares estadounidenses que incluyen m\u00e1s de 14 buques de guerra y 15.000 efectivos<\/b>. Asegur\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que esta situaci\u00f3n representa un riesgo para la estabilidad de la producci\u00f3n petrolera venezolana y para el mercado energ\u00e9tico global.<\/div>\n<div
