{"id":33125,"date":"2025-11-27T06:40:34","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T11:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=33125"},"modified":"2025-11-27T06:40:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T11:10:34","slug":"capturan-en-colombia-a-venezolana-acusada-de-estafa-inmobiliaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/capturan-en-colombia-a-venezolana-acusada-de-estafa-inmobiliaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturan en Colombia a venezolana acusada de estafa inmobiliaria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una venezolana requerida por las autoridades de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana por estafa inmobiliaria y lavado de activos fue detenida en Medell\u00edn Colombia, mediante notificaci\u00f3n roja de Interpol.<\/p>\n<p>La venezolana\u00a0Keylis Samahi Belfon Arismendi est\u00e1 se\u00f1alada de integrar una red que estaf\u00f3 a 122 personas mediante falsos proyectos inmobiliarios ficticios en las provincias La Romana y La Altagracia, en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, entre 2022 y 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Para capturar a las v\u00edctimas, los estafadores utilizaban medios electr\u00f3nicos y plataformas con las que obten\u00edan sumas elevadas en d\u00f3lares y pesos dominicanos, antes de desaparecer con el dinero<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan medios dominicanos, Belfon \u00a0es la quinta mujer arrestada en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n conocida como\u00a0Operaci\u00f3n Guepardo, en la que figuran nueve imputados.
