El que tenga que ir para la playa, vaya para la playa; el que cumplea\u00f1os, celebre su cumplea\u00f1os. La vida tiene que seguir\u201d, expres\u00f3 el tambi\u00e9n vicepresidente sectorial de Seguridad Ciudadana y Paz, que a\u00f1adi\u00f3\u00a0que en Venezuela se vivir\u00e1n unas navidades felices, seguras y en paz.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div>En esta misma l\u00ednea record\u00f3 que dentro de las l\u00edneas centrales del\u00a0Plan de Defensa Integral de la Naci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n es importante la\u00a0<b>ofensiva permanente<\/b>, y que\u00a0<b>n<\/b><b>o se trata de replegarse<\/b>, sino de\u00a0<b>avanzar con \u00aborganizaci\u00f3n y movilizaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abNo es meternos en una trinchera, como, perd\u00f3nenme que tome ejemplo, pues como un pueblo que se meti\u00f3 en una trinchera y ah\u00ed los agarraron congelados. Porque no hicieron m\u00e1s nada. Si nosotros nos metemos en una trinchera, es para joderlos\u00bb, dijo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Agreg\u00f3 que cada jornada realizada por las filas del partido tiene que tener la \u00ab<b>marca de avanzar<\/b>, de dejar un saldo positivo en organizaci\u00f3n y en movilizaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/div>\n<p>En este sentido, Cabello insisti\u00f3 en que la estructura del partido debe complementarse con dinamismo y acci\u00f3n constante. \u201cLa movilizaci\u00f3n del partido no puede ser solo para eventos. Una estructura puede ser r\u00edgida; lo que le da vida es el movimiento.
