La movilizaci\u00f3n forma parte de la Operaci\u00f3n Independencia 200, cuyo objetivo es\u00a0 \u00abchequear y dejar en estado \u00f3ptimo las 27 acciones territoriales\u00bb de defensa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A trav\u00e9s de un mensaje difundido en su canal de Telegram, el mandatario nacional detall\u00f3 que el Plan de Defensa Integral es una combinaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de \u00abpreparaci\u00f3n para la resistencia popular prolongada, activa, creativa y la ofensiva permanente\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abHemos tomado iniciativa en todos los campos y terrenos.
