inform\u00f3 en entrevista con Shirley Varnagy para el Circuito Onda que del a\u00f1o 2014 al 2021 el empleo informal aument\u00f3 del 36 al 51% y el empleo informal super\u00f3 al formal.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Gonz\u00e1lez, entre las causas principales del auge del empleo informal se encuentran el deterioro de la actividad econ\u00f3mica, la inflaci\u00f3n y las barreras regulatorias para formalizarse.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCada vez tenemos menos empresas y las empresas son de tama\u00f1o m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o (\u2026) entonces ahora tenemos la mayor proporci\u00f3n de trabajadores en empresas de cinco y menos trabajadores, lo cual nos dice cu\u00e1l es el universo donde las personas pueden conseguir empleo de manera formal\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>En el mismo sentido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el empleo formal tambi\u00e9n ha crecido debido a que las personas han optado por trabajar por cuenta propia.<\/p>\n<p>La experta explic\u00f3 que el sector de actividad laboral que ha registrado mayor descenso es el de manufactura, mientras que el que registra mayor crecimiento es el de servicios personales, tales como peluquer\u00edas y reparaciones menores.<\/p>\n<div
