Los investigadores advierten que el sistema podr\u00eda haber dejado sin servicio celular a una ciudad que depende de \u00e9l no solo para la vida diaria, sino tambi\u00e9n para la respuesta a emergencias y la lucha contra el terrorismo.<\/p>\n<p>Con la llegada de l\u00edderes extranjeros a hoteles del centro y comitivas oficiales que congestionaban Manhattan, las autoridades dijeron que el
