la Rep\u00fablica aprob\u00f3 una proposici\u00f3n con la cual declara al \u2018Cartel de los Soles\u2019 como una \u201corganizaci\u00f3n criminal transnacional vinculada al narcotr\u00e1fico\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0la cual constituye una grave amenaza para Colombia y la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n de esta proposici\u00f3n es importante, ya que se constituye como\u00a0<strong>un mensaje contundente que se env\u00eda desde Colombia, luego de que Estados Unidos descertificara al pa\u00eds\u00a0<\/strong>en materia de lucha contra las drogas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El senador Jota Pe Hern\u00e1ndez explic\u00f3 que se trata de una declaraci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/strong>\u00a0en la que\u00a0<strong>se env\u00eda un \u201cmensaje desde el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica para apartarnos de esa posici\u00f3n del presidente Gustavo Petro, quien dice que el Cartel de los Soles no existe,<\/strong>\u00a0o de esa posici\u00f3n en la que defiende ha ofrecido una recompensa por Nicol\u00e1s Maduro y los integrantes de su r\u00e9gimen, por el supuesto patrocinio que le han dado a esa organizaci\u00f3n criminal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ads-space-mgid\">\n<p><strong>\u201cCuando el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica hoy decide declararlo como organizaci\u00f3n terrorista y criminal, sencillamente le est\u00e1 enviando un mensaje no solamente al mundo, tambi\u00e9n a Venezuela y a su r\u00e9gimen y tambi\u00e9n a Estados Unidos:<\/strong>\u00a0nosotros no merecemos una descertificaci\u00f3n, aqu\u00ed hay pol\u00edticos que estamos luchando contra el narcotr\u00e1fico\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque en principio se hab\u00eda planteado incluir un par\u00e1grafo que exhortara al Gobierno a adoptar esta misma posici\u00f3n en contra del denominado Cartel de los Soles, el mismo decidi\u00f3 eliminarse para no comprometer al Ejecutivo con esta declaraci\u00f3n que hace el poder legislativo colombiano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cNos aislamos de la posici\u00f3n del presidente Gustavo Petro, que dice que ese cartel no existe.\u00a0<\/strong>Petro se ha reunido varias veces con Maduro, defiende a ese r\u00e9gimen y ahora el Senado se aparta de esa oposici\u00f3n, rechaza el Cartel de los Soles y lo declara como esa organizaci\u00f3n terrorista y criminal que Estados Unidos tambi\u00e9n reconoce\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As\u00ed qued\u00f3 la votaci\u00f3n de la proposici\u00f3n en la plenaria del Senado:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div
