La instrumentalizaci\u00f3n del poder judicial por parte de jueces radicales ha sentado ahora un preocupante precedente\u00bb, escribi\u00f3 Rubio en X.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-twitter-extracted-i1753874819646766156=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Former Colombian President Uribe\u2019s only crime has been to tirelessly fight and defend his homeland. The weaponization of Colombia\u2019s judicial branch by radical judges has now set a worrisome precedent.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Secretary Marco Rubio (@SecRubio)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SecRubio\/status\/1949961355521319246?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 28, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>Arremetida contra la prensa<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En su publicaci\u00f3n, Petro insisti\u00f3 en que la jueza \u00abha actuado libremente\u00bb y que \u00abcualquier menci\u00f3n en contrario de sectores de la ciudadan\u00eda no acierta con la verdad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El jefe de Estado, de quien Uribe V\u00e9lez es ac\u00e9rrimo opositor pol\u00edtico, tambi\u00e9n arremeti\u00f3 contra \u00abuna parte de la prensa\u00bb que, a su juicio, ha tenido \u00abuna labor terrible en estos d\u00edas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPresionar a la juez para obtener un resultado pol\u00edtico, y no jur\u00eddico, casi hasta amenazar a la juez como hacen las mafias.
