Seg\u00fan organizaciones como CHIRLA, ICE tambi\u00e9n ha sido detectado en refugios de North Hollywood y San Diego.<\/p>\n<div class=\"container-spot\" data-tipo=\"tipo_todo\" exclusivamente en la condici\u00f3n migratoria, defensores de derechos humanos denuncian un patr\u00f3n de discriminaci\u00f3n racial, especialmente en zonas predominantemente latinas del Valle de San Fernando, donde han ocurrido cerca del 17% de los 2.800 arrestos recientes.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h2\">Estrategia federal pone en riesgo a las comunidades m\u00e1s vulnerables<\/h2>\n<p>El condado de Los \u00c1ngeles, que alberga a m\u00e1s de 72.000 personas sin hogar, se ha convertido en epicentro de una pol\u00edtica de deportaci\u00f3n masiva que afecta incluso a solicitantes de asilo y ciudadanos legales.<\/p>\n<p>El temor a ICE ha vaciado servicios como duchas p\u00fablicas y centros de atenci\u00f3n. Muchos residentes del refugio para personas sin hogar ya ni siquiera se sienten seguros de ir al supermercado o asistir al trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Desde que dos j\u00f3venes venezolanos fueron arrestados \u2014uno de ellos deportado sin abogado asignado\u2014, el refugio ha registrado al menos tres operativos de vigilancia.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, un solicitante de asilo del Congo fue detenido tras pedir a las autoridades que le retiraran un grillete electr\u00f3nico.
