El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en el sector La Escuela, parroquia Juan de Mata Su\u00e1rez, municipio Anzo\u00e1tegui.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial, el hombre fue identificado como Gilbert Chirinos de 35 a\u00f1os, quien era la pareja actual de la mam\u00e1 de la v\u00edctima, quien seg\u00fan el relato de la misma, sali\u00f3 a realizar diligencias mientras la menor qued\u00f3 al cuidado de su padrastro.<\/p>\n<p>La mujer cont\u00f3 a las autoridades que al llegar a su lugar de residencia, sorprendi\u00f3 a su pareja teniendo relaciones sexuales con su hija, por lo que intent\u00f3 de inmediato salir del lugar para realizar la denuncia y el hombre la detuvo brevemente, cuando logr\u00f3 escapar se dirigi\u00f3 a las oficinas del DIP.<\/p>\n<p>Tras recibir la informaci\u00f3n, los efectivos se trasladaron r\u00e1pidamente al lugar de los hechos y aprehendieron al padrastro.
