{"id":28099,"date":"2025-07-11T07:50:08","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T12:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/?p=28099"},"modified":"2025-07-11T07:50:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T12:20:08","slug":"el-supremo-de-ee-uu-bloquea-la-polemica-ley-de-florida-que-criminaliza-a-las-personas-indocumentadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esviafm.com\/index.php\/el-supremo-de-ee-uu-bloquea-la-polemica-ley-de-florida-que-criminaliza-a-las-personas-indocumentadas\/","title":{"rendered":"El Supremo de EE.UU. bloquea la pol\u00e9mica ley de Florida que criminaliza a las personas indocumentadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos ha decidido este mi\u00e9rcoles\u00a0<strong>mantener<\/strong>, por el momento, el\u00a0<strong>bloqueo a la\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amp.rtve.es\/noticias\/20240327\/corte-eeuu-bloquea-entrada-vigor-ley-antiinmigrantes-texas\/16035476.shtml\">ley SB 4-C de Florida<\/a>, considerada una de las m\u00e1s agresivas contra los inmigrantes indocumentados en el pa\u00eds, ya que\u00a0<strong>convierte en delito estatal su entrada al estado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En una orden breve y sin mayores explicaciones, el m\u00e1ximo tribunal\u00a0<strong>ha rechazado la petici\u00f3n del fiscal general de Florida, James Uthmeier<\/strong>, quien hab\u00eda\u00a0<strong>solicitado revocar la suspensi\u00f3n dictada previamente\u00a0<\/strong>por un tribunal inferior. Esta decisi\u00f3n mantiene paralizada la implementaci\u00f3n de la medida impulsada por el gobernador Ron DeSantis.<\/p>\n<p>La<strong>\u00a0jueza federal Kathleen M. Williams hab\u00eda ordenado el 18 de abril frenar temporalmente<\/strong>\u00a0la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley y declar\u00f3 en desacato al fiscal de Florida por no acatar su decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Williams argument\u00f3 en su fallo inicial que la legislaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>\u00abes probablemente inconstitucional\u00bb<\/strong>, por lo que concedi\u00f3 una orden judicial preliminar mientras contin\u00faa el proceso legal.
