UU. para el Distrito de Delaware.<\/p>\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n surge a ra\u00edz de la emisi\u00f3n por parte de la OFAC de la Licencia General 5S, que extiende la suspensi\u00f3n de los derechos de los tenedores de bonos relacionados con Citgo hasta el 20 de diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<p>La minera canadiense busca que el tribunal invite a la OFAC a clarificar si tiene la intenci\u00f3n de seguir de cinco a\u00f1os y se ha extendido nuevamente\u2014, cree que cualquier orientaci\u00f3n adicional de la OFAC mejorar\u00e1 la capacidad del tribunal para lograr una transacci\u00f3n de venta que maximice el valor de las acciones de PDV Holding (la empresa matriz de Citgo).<\/p>\n<p>El caso de Citgo es complejo, ya que la refiner\u00eda, con sede en Houston, Texas, es el activo m\u00e1s valioso de Venezuela en el extranjero y ha sido objeto de m\u00faltiples reclamos por parte de acreedores que buscan cobrar deudas impagas por el gobierno de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>La OFAC, a trav\u00e9s de varias licencias generales, ha mantenido un control estricto sobre cualquier intento de ejecutar sentencias o subastar activos de Citgo, en un esfuerzo por proteger el activo en medio
