En la era de la revoluci\u00f3n digital actual, los empleados est\u00e1n m\u00e1s preocupados por su bienestar, condiciones laborales y desarrollo profesional, por lo que se requiere centrar la gesti\u00f3n en los intereses de los trabajadores del sector tur\u00edstico.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u00abVenezuela se encuentra en proceso de diversificaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, incorporando al turismo dentro de los sectores prioritarios para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y social.
